Experience Oxfordshire appoints Finn Partners as UK PR agency

FINN Travel Team to Deliver Experience Oxfordshire’s Leisure and Corporate Communications Brief

(London) – September 2021 – Global independent marketing and communications agency, FINN Partners has been appointed to provide public relations services for Experience Oxfordshire to support the Destination Management Organisation in boosting both leisure and business visits as the UK tourism industry gears up for recovery this year and into 2022.

Central to FINN’s work for Experience Oxfordshire will be to work collaboratively with the organisation’s partnership base and stakeholders to facilitate high quality media visits and generate coverage for the whole county.  The key focus of activity will run from September 2021 until February 2022 to build on the success of a number of marketing campaigns Experience Oxfordshire has already taken part in over the summer months in partnership with national board, VisitEngland including Escape the Everyday in Oxfordshire, alongside local collaborations such as Rediscover Oxford and Inspirational Oxfordshire.

Hayley Beer-Gamage, CEO Experience Oxfordshire, commented: “We look forward to working closely with the FINN team to leverage their experience in domestic tourism and their extensive network of media contacts to put Oxfordshire firmly on the radar for both consumer and business travel writers.  With so much on offer across the county we hope together we will provide plenty of inspiration and encourage British visitors to book trips to Oxfordshire this Autumn and well into 2022.”

Debbie Flynn, Global Travel Practice Leader, FINN Partners commented: “The staycation has come into its own again in the wake of the global pandemic and there is nowhere more perfect than Oxfordshire to take a well-earned break, bask in centuries of history, shop ‘til you drop and revive the soul in the abundance of beautiful countryside.”

The FINN Partners UK Travel also represents a number of domestic clients including leading hotel group Accor Hotels; boutique brand Z Hotels; wellness retreat Glass House Hotel; and the leading river cruise company City Cruises with operations in London, Poole and York.
